Low flow nebulizers designed for ICP-MS, where all wetted parts are PFA
- Low flow nebulizers designed for ICP-MS, where all wetted parts are PFA. Very stable mist with low RSD%. Can be used for any sample type.
- PFA capillaries, PFA Teflon & PEEK body.
- Higher pressure than standard: 60 PSI for 1 L/min (must optimize with ICP-MS).
- Handles sample flow rates from 50 µL/min to 1500 µL/min.
- Fits regular chambers as a direct replacement for glass concentric nebulizers.

Burgener Research nebulizers work in inductively coupled plasma (ICP) to convert liquid samples into fine aerosols for introduction into the plasma. They use a patented Enhanced Parallel Path method to create a stable mist with small droplets.
