The Conikal concentric nebulizer gives the most reproducible results for standard ICP analyses. It represents the choice nebulizer for high precision, routine aqueous and organic applications.

These easy-to-install kits are completely inert and configured for 1.6 mm (1/16″) OD tubing, with PTFE ferrules that reliably seal with all commonly used capillary tubing materials, such as PFA, PTFE, FEP and PEEK. They provide a secure, zero-dead-volume direct connection to the liquid interface of a Glass Expansion nebulizer.

The Conikal U-Series nebulizer is a glass concentric nebulizer, ideal for routine ICP-OES analysis of aqueous and organic samples, and known for its high precision and reproducibility. In addition, it is recommended for samples with up to 5% TDS without large particulates.

How it Does the Conikal U-Series Nebulizer Differ from Other Nebulizers?
- Not Ideal for High Particulate Samples:
- While it can handle some particulates, it’s not the best choice for samples with very high concentrations of large particulates.
- Not Ideal for Samples with Hydrofluoric Acid:
- It is not ideal for samples containing hydrofluoric acid..
- Not Ideal for Samples with High TDS:
- While it can handle up to 5% TDS, it’s not designed for samples with very high TDS.
- Compared to Slurry Nebulizers:
- If you need to analyze samples with larger particle sizes or higher TDS, a slurry nebulizer might be a better option.
