Low Flow design for ICP-MS. The nose, inner capillaries, and all wetted parts are made of PFA, PEEK body for strength and longevity.

Operates from 50 ul/min to 0.8 ml/min
Manufacturer’s Notes:
Designed for ICP-MS where low flow is desired and PFA only touching the liquids is desired. The excellent mist seems more stable and has a lower % RSD than Mira Mist. It is set to run at a bit higher pressure than a Mira Mist, but well within most instruments’ standard ranges. It uses about 40 psi for .65 L/min
This nebulizer’s sample flow rates are much lower than usual for ICP-OES. The PFA 260 can be used for any liquid.
